BnB Holidays shall have the right in its sole discretion to not publish or remove any submitted information.

Our Services
This Website is a guide to Bed and Breakfast accommodation. We do not buy or sell goods. Any goods or services advertised for sale on the Website are offered for sale by the third party (“the Seller”) and are subject to availability. If you order a Seller’s goods or services through this Website, you do so on the terms and conditions of that Seller. We are not involved in the actual transaction between you and the Seller and the enforcement of any contractual obligations arising out of the completion of a transaction is the responsibility of you and the Seller (as applicable). We are not obliged to mediate between parties or enforce or execute fulfilment of any contract. You acknowledge that your failure to fulfil your obligations under the Seller’s terms and conditions may be legally actionable by the Seller.

Charges and Payment (only for B&B Owners)
Rates include the set-up of the listing and the complete translation into the German language. Payment is due upon activation of the listing which is typically done within the same working day. BnB Holidays strives to offer you a secure and easy to use payment option and does therefore only accept payments made by PayPal.
BnB Holidays guarantees the translation of your detailed page into German within 5 working days. In case of an unexpected delay of this service, BnB Holidays will prolong your registration according to the number of days of the delayed translation.
Your registration will be valid according to the chosen period. A refund within this period will not be granted even so you decide to deactivate your registration. 30 days before expiration of the term, BnB Holidays will send you an invitation to renew your registration to ensure that there is now interruption of your membership.

Privacy
BnB Holidays respects the importance of feeling safe online and is fully committed to ensuring that your privacy is respected and protected. BnB Holidays does not collect information that personally identifies individuals except when individuals provide such specific information on a voluntary basis. There may be occasions where specific personal information is requested before an individual can enter certain sections of this website. This kind of registration helps us to ensure that content standards on these sections of the site are rigorously upheld. Information requested in order to personalize the BnB Holidays homepage or any other BnB Holidays site section would be a similar example. In all such cases, BnB Holidays will collect only information that is voluntarily provided by the user and undertakes that such information will be kept strictly confidential. The legal venue for all claims arising from these terms or general claims shall be CH-4710 Balsthal. This agreement shall be governed by Swiss law.
